Yin Classes
‘YIN’ style classes target the deep tissue such as the joints, the tendons and our fascia. YIN is not a difficult practice but it can be intense. It complements a traditional practice or any demanding sport beautifully.
Traditional Alignment-based Yoga
The Hatha yoga practiced at Bhoga Yoga is alignment-based and therefore based on the optimal alignment of YOUR body. The goal of the practice is to bring you into your body-mind by means of the breath. With a renewed awakening of the body and awareness of the mind, we rediscover ease in our mouvements and a deep sense of wellbeing!
